Services & Quotations
All service pricing is quoted per job based on the scope, parts and travel required. Quotes provided by phone or in writing remain valid for the period stated and may be revised if the job scope changes on arrival.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve a scheduled appointment. Payments are accepted through PayPal and Apple Pay. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Deposits for cancellations made with less notice, or for no-shows at the agreed location, may be forfeited to cover mobilisation costs.
Access & Safety
You must ensure safe, legal and reasonable access to the vehicle or property at the agreed time. We reserve the right to decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
Parts & Warranty
Parts supplied carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect or third-party work performed after our service.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, income or opportunity.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
Inspection reports reflect the observable condition of a vehicle at the time of inspection and are advisory only. They do not constitute a guarantee of the vehicle's future condition or performance.
